Our policy on refunds and returns

REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Digital products, downloadable software, and AI tools are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, refunds may be issued in cases of non-delivery, duplicate or erroneous charges, or where a refund is required by applicable law. For subscription services, you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid for the current billing period. Professional consulting and implementation services are governed by the separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work) between you and us, and not by this policy.
